As a Development Executive with BBC Worldwide, I was an integral member of the team that helped to bring back the beloved sci-fi series DOCTOR WHO for BBC. I attended several creative meetings alongside showrunner Russell T. Davies and producer Julie Gardner, and because of my deeply rooted sci-fi fandom and my affinity for the original series, I was flown to the BBC Worldwide headquarters in NY where I offered notes on the series pilot before it aired (including one memorable line delivered by an animated trash can!).
